This website www.epantenta.gr ( henceforth : Website ) and all of its content is the intellectual property of Apostolos Liakopoulos ( tax code: 036287354, registration number 008327901000) , owner of a commercial business (henceforth: owner ) , based in Ilion, Attica, Maliki Street 48 , with the exception of the explicitly recognized rights of third parties. The owner through the website offers his services under the following terms of use which the user of the pages and services of the website is required to read carefully and only if he/she fully accepts them, then he/she can visit or use the page and its services.

PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE
Through this website, the user may upload to the owners database any creation of copyright or industrial property or any mechanical depiction of it. He may also choose whether he wants it to be accessible by other users of the site or whether the access to it will be restricted solely to the creators , the owner himself and to the people that have been authorized by him for the administration and the operation of the site and the database. The user, upon uploading his copyrighted or industrial property or mechanical display on the site, after completing the pricing required and paying the corresponding price by providing the paid service offered, receives a certified electronic signature, in which are indicated the following : a) The timing of the relevant download b) The underlying – user who performed the download and, c) A screenshot of the file being played which was uploaded to the database of the owner through the site and forms the subject of intellectual or industrial property of the user or it’s mechanical depiction.
